Junk food can be really high in fat although most of the people who have a lot of junk food in their diet fail to realise this. A diet high in junk food is bad for many reasons such as the fact that it can cause your digestive system to slow down, it can make your skin and hair greasy and it can lead to obesity. If you don’t usually eat a lot of junk food and then decide to eat it for a couple of days, you will soon notice the difference. You may find that you just can’t be bothered with your normal routine and you could start to feel very lethargic.
